1
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, eggs, 1/2 cup minced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined. Divide the mixture and shape it into two 6x8-inch rectangles, each about 1/2 inch thick. Place the patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F, about 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, without separating the dinner rolls, cut them in half horizontally. Spread 1/4 cup of the Thousand Island dressing evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.

Blot the cooked beef patties with paper towels to remove any excess fat. Top the patties with the American cheese slices and return them to the oven until the cheese has just melted, about 2-3 minutes. Place the cheesy beef patties on the bottom halves of the rolls. Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of Thousand Island dressing over the patties. Layer with the dill pickle slices, the remaining 1/4 cup of minced onion, and the shredded lettuce. Replace the top halves of the rolls. Cut the sliders into individual sandwiches. Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
