Baked Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars
These decadent, contest-winning bars feature a buttery cake base topped with melted marshmallows and a rich peanut butter-cereal topping. The combination of sweet, salty, and crunchy textures creates an irresistible treat reminiscent of a Payday candy bar.

Bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Immediately sprinkle the marshmallows over the hot cake. Bake for 2 minutes longer or until the marshmallows are melted. Place the pan on a wire rack to cool.

In a large saucepan, combine the peanut butter chips, corn syrup, and cubed butter. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until smooth.
