In a large saucepan, combine the chicken broth, mushrooms, celery, carrots, onion, chicken bouillon, parsley, garlic powder, and thyme. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.

In a Dutch oven, melt the butter and whisk in the flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in the broth mixture from the saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until thickened. Whisk in the condensed cream of mushroom soup and the white wine or additional broth. Add the cooked wild rice and cubed chicken, and heat through.
