In a large pot, cover the rinsed pinto beans with water and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and let stand for 1 hour. Drain and rinse the beans, then return them to the pot and cover with fresh water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours or until the beans are tender.

Drain and rinse the cooked beans, then transfer them to a large bowl and let cool to room temperature. Add the chopped onion, diced green and red peppers, and drained corn; toss to combine.

In a saucepan, combine all the dressing ingredients (ketchup, cider vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, Dijon mustard, cumin, salt, and pepper). Simmer the dressing for 10 minutes, then pour it over the bean and vegetable mixture and stir well to coat. Cover and chill the salad before serving.
