Baked Cheeseburger Pockets
Savory baked pockets filled with seasoned ground beef, melty American cheese, and onions, all wrapped in flaky refrigerated biscuit dough for a satisfying and convenient dinner.

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, salt, and pepper over medium heat, breaking up the beef, until no longer pink. Drain and let cool.

On a floured surface, roll out 2 biscuits at a time into 5-inch ovals. Place about 1/4 cup of the beef mixture onto one side of the oval, then fold a cheese slice over the top. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges with a fork to seal. Repeat with the remaining biscuits, beef, and cheese.

Place the filled pockets on a greased baking sheet. Prick the tops with a fork. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the pockets are golden brown.
