Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Roll the frozen bread dough into a 14x10-inch rectangle and let rest for 5-10 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic salt, dried basil, oregano, and pizza/Italian seasoning. Brush half of the butter mixture over the dough. Layer the deli ham, mozzarella cheese, turkey, and cheddar cheese lengthwise over half of the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal. Brush the top with the remaining butter mixture.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. Remove from the oven and cut into 1-inch slices. Serve immediately, with warm pizza sauce on the side if desired.
