Baked Pork Chops with Cheesy Cottage Fries

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, brown the pork chops in olive oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt.

In a small bowl, combine the cheese dip and milk until well blended. Spread the mixture into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.

Top the cheese sauce with the cottage fries and half of the french-fried onions. Layer the broccoli florets and pork chops on top.

Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining french-fried onions over the top and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
