    Cook the fettuccine according to the package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove the bacon to paper towels with a slotted spoon, reserving 2 teaspoons of the bacon drippings in the skillet.

    In the same skillet, sauté the chicken in the reserved bacon drippings until no longer pink. Remove the chicken and keep it warm.

    Add the diced tomatoes, spinach, heavy cream, dried sage, and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture is slightly thickened and the spinach is wilted. Drain the cooked fettuccine and add it to the skillet. Stir in the cooked chicken and shrimp, and heat through. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with the reserved bacon and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
