Crispy Baked Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas
Crispy flour tortillas filled with tender Southwestern-seasoned chicken, zesty diced tomatoes, and melted Mexican cheese blend. Baked to perfection for a quick and satisfying dinner.

Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly coat one side of 2 tortillas with cooking spray and place them coated-side down on an ungreased baking sheet.

Top the tortillas with the Southwestern chicken strips, diced tomatoes and green chiles, and shredded Mexican cheese blend. Cover with the remaining 2 tortillas and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve warm, garnished with shredded lettuce, sliced olives, and chopped tomatoes if desired.
