Hearty Beef and Egg Noodle Bake

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 3-quart baking dish. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, until no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.

Melt the butter in the same skillet. Add the onion and green pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Stir the cooked beef back into the skillet, along with the Worcestershire sauce, cooked egg noodles, tomato soup, and cream of mushroom soup. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the shredded cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, until heated through and the cheese is melted. If desired, garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
