Homemade Spiced Pumpkin Bread

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, beat the pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, sugar, honey, and vanilla until well blended.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. Gradually beat the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just combined.

Transfer the batter to two greased 9x5-inch loaf pans. Sprinkle the tops with the pumpkin seeds.

Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the loaves to cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing them to a wire rack to cool completely.
