In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in the shredded Swiss and cheddar cheeses, 1/2 cup of the crumbled bacon, 1/4 cup of the chopped pecans, the onion, diced pimientos, pickle relish, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate the mixture, covered, for at least 1 hour.
