Savory Beef and Cheddar Crescent Rolls
These flaky, golden-brown crescent rolls are filled with a savory blend of ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and a hint of sweet pickle relish for a delightful flavor combination that's perfect for any occasion.
Instructions
-
1
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
-
2
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, sweet pickle relish, salt, chili powder, black pepper, and a dash of sugar. Mix well and set aside.
-
3
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create two smaller triangles. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture along the wide end of each triangle, then carefully roll up the dough.
-
4
Place the filled crescent rolls, point side down, about 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 12-14 minutes or until the crescents are golden brown. Serve warm.
