Instructions

1
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, breaking it into crumbles, until no longer pink. Drain the excess fat.

Stir in the taco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and black pepper. Add the lemon juice and the sliced olives, if using.

In an electric skillet, heat 1 inch of oil to 375°F. Working in batches, fry the potato cubes for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Stir the fried potatoes into the beef mixture. Place 2/3 cup of the filling in the center of each warm tortilla, then top with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Fold the bottom and sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up tightly.

Wrap each burrito in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until heated through.
