Baked Bacon and Cheese Quiche Cups

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add the eggs, Colby cheese, chopped green pepper, and onion, and mix well.

Separate the crescent roll dough into 8 triangles and press them into the bottom and up the sides of 8 greased muffin cups. Sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon into the cups, then pour the egg mixture over the top. Top with the remaining bacon.
