Baked Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders
Layers of juicy beef, melted cheese, and crispy bacon nestled between sweet Hawaiian rolls, baked to perfection and drizzled with a savory glaze for a delightfully indulgent and satisfying meal.
Instructions
-
1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Without separating the rolls, cut each package of Hawaiian sweet rolls horizontally in half. Arrange the bottom halves in two greased 13x9-inch baking pans. Place 5 slices of cheese on the bottom halves of the rolls in each pan. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
-
2
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink and the onion is tender, breaking the beef into crumbles, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the diced tomatoes, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
-
3
Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the rolls, then top with the cooked bacon pieces and the remaining cheese slices. Replace the top halves of the rolls.

4
For the glaze, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Microwave, covered, on high until the butter is melted, stirring occasionally. Drizzle or brush the glaze over the tops of the rolls, then sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Bake, uncovered, until the rolls are golden brown and heated through, about 20-25 minutes.
