Preheat the oven to 325°F. In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture is crumbly. Stir in the egg until a dough forms. Press the dough into the bottom and 2 inches up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch springform pan.

In another small bowl, beat the egg yolks, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until just combined. Sprinkle 2 cups of the blackberries over the crust. Carefully pour the sour cream mixture over the berries. Place the pan on a baking sheet.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Allow the tart to cool completely on a wire rack, during which time the center will fall.

Remove the sides of the pan. Top the tart with whipped cream and the remaining 2 cups of blackberries. Refrigerate any leftovers.
