Baked Graham Cracker Caramel Squares

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil, letting the foil extend over the sides by 1 inch. Lightly coat the foil with cooking spray. Arrange the graham crackers in the prepared pan and sprinkle with the marshmallows.

In a small saucepan, combine the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook and stir over medium heat until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.

Spoon the butter mixture over the marshmallows. Sprinkle with the almonds and coconut. Bake until browned, 14-16 minutes. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
