Creamy Baked Alfredo Shrimp Stuffed Shells

Sauté the mushrooms in butter until almost tender, then add the sliced green onion and cook until tender. Stir in the cooked shrimp and 2 tablespoons of the Alfredo sauce.

Pour 1/4 cup of the remaining Alfredo sauce into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Fill each cooked pasta shell with about 2 tablespoons of the shrimp mixture and place them in the baking dish. Top with the remaining Alfredo sauce.

Cover and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
