Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, sauté the broccoli and carrots in 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 5-6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in the mushrooms, onion, and garlic; continue sautéing for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Remove the vegetables and keep them warm.

In the same skillet, cook the chicken in the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat for 4-6 minutes or until no longer pink. Return the sautéed vegetables to the skillet. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and the Italian seasoning, basil, and oregano; heat through. Drain the cooked tortellini and add it to the chicken and vegetable mixture, tossing to coat everything evenly.
