Crush 25 chocolate chip cookies and combine with melted butter in a large bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 10-inch springform pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.

Heat 3/4 cup of the hot fudge topping in the microwave for 15-20 seconds until pourable. Spread the warm fudge over the frozen cookie crust. Arrange the remaining 19 cookies around the edge of the pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.

Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the fudge layer. Freeze for 30 minutes. Then, spread the softened chocolate ice cream over the vanilla layer. Cover and freeze until firm, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Remove the cake from the freezer 10 minutes before serving. Remove the springform pan sides. Warm the remaining hot fudge topping and drizzle it over the top of the cake.
