In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Divide the egg mixture evenly between three 4-1/2-inch disposable foil tart pans coated with cooking spray.

Top the egg mixture with the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green bell pepper, cooked and chopped breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
