In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the ketchup, mustard, crumbled bacon, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, pickle relish, and black pepper.

Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Place 4 tortillas on the griddle and sprinkle with the shredded cheddar cheese. Top with the beef mixture and the remaining 4 tortillas. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
