Preheat oven to 375°F. Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles and place on an ungreased 12-inch round pizza pan with points toward the center. Press the dough over the bottom and up the sides to form a crust, sealing the perforations.

In a large nonstick skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking it up into crumbles. Drain and transfer the sausage to the prepared pizza crust. Wipe out the skillet. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the same skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are almost set. Spoon the scrambled eggs over the sausage on the pizza crust.

Sprinkle the pizza with the hash browns, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375°F until the crust is golden, 25-30 minutes.
