In the bread machine pan, add the ingredients in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select the dough setting and let the machine knead the dough. Check the dough after 5 minutes of mixing and add 1-2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed.

Once the dough cycle is complete, turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape them into balls. Roll each ball into a 1/4-inch thick oval and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Brush the tops of the dough ovals with water. In a large, greased skillet over medium-high heat, cook the dough, wet side down, for 1 minute. Flip the dough and cook for an additional 30 seconds or until golden brown. Repeat this process with the remaining dough.
