In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, breaking it up into crumbles, until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the refried beans, diced tomatoes and green chiles, and chili sauce. Heat the mixture through.

Place about 1/2 cup of the beef and bean mixture near the center of each warm flour tortilla. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
