In a large skillet, bring the chicken and 1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat and shred the chicken using two forks.

Place a lettuce leaf on each warm tortilla, then spoon about 1/2 cup of the shredded buffalo chicken down the center. Top with crispy bacon strips and bell pepper strips. Drizzle with the remaining buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing, then roll up the wraps.
