Baked Bacon Cheeseburger Rolls

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, bacon, and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles. Drain the excess fat.

Add the cubed Velveeta to the skillet and cook, stirring, until the cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined. Remove from heat.

Flatten the biscuits into 5-inch circles and place about 1/3 cup of the beef-cheese mixture onto the center of each biscuit. Fold the sides and ends over the filling and roll up, placing the seam side down on a greased baking sheet. If desired, brush the rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and mustard to serve as a dipping sauce for the rolls.
