Preheat oven to 375°F. Warm the enchilada sauce in a small skillet over medium heat. Dip 4 tortillas, one at a time, in the sauce to coat both sides, then arrange them in a greased 9-inch pie plate, overlapping to fit.

Layer the cooked chicken, 1 cup of the cheese, and 2 tablespoons of the olives over the tortillas. Repeat the tortilla and chicken layers. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and olives.
