Baked Cod with Almond Parmesan Topping

Preheat oven to 400°F. Melt the butter in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Spread the melted butter over the bottom of the dish and cover with the sliced onion.

Arrange the cod or haddock fillets over the onion. Sprinkle the fish with seasoned salt, dill, and black pepper. In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, and lemon juice. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the fish.
