Creamy Baked Brie and Leek Phyllo Cups

Sauté the finely chopped leek in butter in a small skillet until tender. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute longer.

Stir in the heavy cream, salt, white pepper, and nutmeg. Cook and stir until the mixture has thickened, about 1-2 minutes.

Place the frozen phyllo tart shells on a baking sheet. Slice the Brie cheese into 15 pieces and place one piece in each tart shell. Top each with about 1-1/2 teaspoons of the leek-cream mixture.
