Creamy Lemon Ladyfinger Trifle with Mixed Berries

Instructions

  1. 1

In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let stand for 1 minute. Cook over low heat, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. 2

Cut ladyfingers in half widthwise and arrange cut side down around the sides of an ungreased 9-inch springform pan. Place remaining ladyfingers in the bottom of the pan.

  3. 3

In a large bowl, whisk the milk, creamer, and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Stir in the gelatin mixture. Fold in 3 cups of the whipped topping.

  4. 4

Spread 2 cups of the filling evenly into the prepared pan, then top with the mixed berries. Spread the remaining filling over the berries (the filling will be higher than the ladyfinger border). Cover and refrigerate for 5 hours or until set. Garnish with the remaining whipped topping and the sliced strawberries.
