Crispy Chicken Caesar Pizza

Preheat oven to 400°F. Press the refrigerated pizza crust into a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan, pinching the edges to form a rim. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic, and cook and stir until the chicken is no longer pink. Remove from heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of the Caesar dressing.

Spread the remaining Caesar dressing over the pre-baked pizza crust, then sprinkle with the remaining garlic. Top with half of the Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheeses, followed by the cooked chicken. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses over the top.

Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. In a small bowl, toss the romaine salad mix and green onions with the remaining Caesar dressing. Top the baked pizza with the dressed salad and chopped tomatoes just before serving.
