Heat a lightly greased griddle or nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour the batter onto the hot surface, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until the second side is golden brown, another 2-3 minutes.
