Preheat oven to 400°F. In a Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the remaining ingredients - pork and beans, ketchup, water, onion soup mix, brown sugar, mustard, molasses, vinegar, garlic powder, and ground cloves. Heat through.
