Cut the pork tenderloin into 8 slices and pound each slice to a 1/2-inch thickness using a meat mallet. In a nonstick skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork slices on both sides until browned. Remove the pork from the pan.

In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 teaspoon of oil over medium-high heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute. Stir in the brown sugar, orange juice, molasses, salt, and pepper. Add the seared pork slices back to the pan, turning to coat them evenly in the glaze. Cook, uncovered, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, about 3-4 minutes. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before serving.
